Ordering

• Prices do not include shipping and applicable taxes (7% GST for all Canadian addresses and 8% PST for items mailed within Ontario).
   
• International customers are not charged Canadian taxes, however you may be charged import duty and/or taxes once your parcel arrives in your country. We are not responsible for these fees.
   
• Parcels are normally shipped by airmail through Canada Post. Airmail usually takes less than one week for Canadian addresses, and approximately 7 working days for US orders. Costs include insurance on the value of your order for Canadian and US customers.
   
• International customers please contact me for rates. At your request, I can ship via small packet uninsured to lower shipping costs. HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES SHOULD YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION WITH NO INSURANCE. Please  let me know when ordering if you prefer this option.
   
• Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard (via Paypal), PayPal, personal checks and Money Orders (bank or postal). CODs for Canadian orders can also be requested
  ($6.00 surcharge). We reserve the right to hold checks until they clear from your bank. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. We have chosen this method of credit card processing due to the high level of security it offers. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
   
• After submitting your order, you will receive an autoresponse e-mail confirming your order. We will contact you if there are any problems or delays with your order. If all the items are in stock, your order is shipped within 3 business days. Should we be out of stock on some items, your order will be held until all items are in stock.
   
•  A packing slip will be included with your shipment, for your records. Please keep your email confirmation as an invoice in case you need to return an item for exchange or store credit, within 30 days (90 days on defective items).
        
• We do not issue cash refunds of any kind. Returns will either be exchanged or store credit issued, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
   
• You are required to contact us before returning any items, for any reason. Items sent back without an authorization number will be returned to sender. Please note that items must be in saleable condition. Items that have been used and/or washed can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturing defect. Please return in original manufacturer's packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
   
• There is no return on custom manufactured items unless there is a manufacturing defect. The item must be sent back for inspection in this case, and if is found to not have a manufacturing defect, will be sent back and shipping charged.
  
  We are unable to send out replacement products until your returned items are received and inspected. If you wish to have replacement items sent out immediately, you will be billed for them, and store credit will be applied to your account when the items arrive.
   
• I guarantee that your personal information will *never* be given or sold to a third party.
